I found a sterling silver dolphin bracelet with a cute little jumping dolphin on it – perfect for my niece’s birthday gift! Two years ago she went swimming with the dolphins on a family vacation to the Bahamas and never stops talking about it. Charm jewelry can be so cute, and this particular one almost seems alive to me. I don’t think it’d be possible to give her too much sterling silver dolphin jewelry. I’m not complaining; it sure makes gift-giving easy for me!

On the other hand, handmade sterling charms aren’t that easy to come by. Not just dolphins, but any of the sterling silver bracelet charms. Sure, there are a lot of choices if you don’t mind buying cheap imported sterling silver pendants from the Orient. But I have my pride! And she doesn’t call me her favorite aunt for nothing. Jenny expects her Aunt Jessie to find her something unusual- it’s always been that way.

But I may never top the time I found her a whole slew of wholesale sterling silver charms. That’s alright, I think she knows that was one very special, never to be repeated day.
