Making healthier food and drink choices

Many people believe that just because they are on a diet they need to be hungry. The truth is far from that. The best diet you can pick for yourself, is no diet at all. All you have to do is replace your regular food choices with healthier ones. Richer in vitamins, more nutritious, and lower in calories, cholesterol and fat. Fried or baked meat can easily be replaced with cooked meat. Pork can be replaced by veal, turkey or chicken. High calorie side dishes can be replaced with vegetables, and desserts with juicy and tasty fruit. No need to eat less. Just to eat different. The same principle applies to drinks. People often don’t even realize just how many calories they take through their drinks. Sodas are a perfect example of that.
